Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
When you register, access our dashboard, take cognitive assessments, or subscribe to IQeur services, we collect necessary information to provide and maintain your account:
Categories of collected data include:
- Account & Contact Data: Your email address, password hash and current authentication session. Guest contact emails are not verified.
- Assessment & Learning Data: Your accepted quiz result, completed lessons, Dashboard test drafts/results and supported game records are linked to your account in our database. Unfinished quizzes, offline changes and certificate display preferences can also remain in browser storage. Account progress synchronizes when you are signed in and connected; clearing browser storage does not delete the server copy.
- Payment Data: IQeur stores Stripe Customer, subscription, invoice, checkout and payment-status identifiers needed for access. Stripe Payment Element collects card details directly; IQeur does not store the card number, expiry or CVC.
- Subscription Agreement Data: We keep the subscription offer, amounts, renewal interval, disclosed renewal date and version of the terms accepted at checkout to document your instruction for recurring payments. This record does not contain card details.
- Technical & Session Data: Essential session cookies and an optional country code recorded with your browser-stored attempt. The browser's Country.is request exposes its network IP to that service; IQeur does not store raw IP for this comparison.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information strictly to fulfill our services to you:
Specifically, we process data to:
- Administer, score, and display your cognitive assessment reports and personalized practice certificates.
- Process trial activations, subscription renewals, invoices, and refunds via Stripe.
- Check payment status and make Stripe Customer Portal available to authenticated members.
- Protect against fraudulent card testing, automated bot attacks, and system abuse.
3. Third-Party Service Providers & Stripe Processing
We share data only with trusted infrastructure providers necessary to operate the platform:
• Payment Gateway: Stripe, Inc. processes all payment transactions under strict PCI-DSS compliance. You can review Stripe's Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.
• We do NOT sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information or assessment results with advertising brokers or data aggregators.
4. Data Security and Retention
Site traffic uses HTTPS. Account data, accepted quiz results and synchronized learning progress are stored in our database; access is restricted to the corresponding authenticated account. Your browser also keeps temporary drafts, preferences and an offline synchronization queue.
We retain account data and learning records to provide access, restore progress and support your account while those purposes remain necessary. Clearing browser storage removes local copies only, not the account's server records.
Retention of billing records and subscription agreements is determined by applicable accounting, tax and consumer laws, dispute-resolution needs and necessary fraud prevention. Records required for those purposes may be retained after an account-deletion request, with their use limited to the relevant purpose.
5. Contact & Privacy Inquiries
For privacy inquiries or requests to access, correct, delete or anonymize your account data, email support@iqeur.com. Describe the request and the account concerned; do not send your password or card details.
We may request proportionate evidence of account ownership before acting so that an unverified contact address cannot expose or erase another person's records. Requests are handled through support, not an automatic deletion button, and are assessed under the applicable data-protection law and its response deadlines.
Deleting browser data or requesting account deletion is not the same as cancelling a subscription. Cancel renewal through iqeur.com/subscription; support must also resolve any active billing relationship and legally required record retention when processing an account-deletion request.
